We absolutely loved the home. It was spacious, well laid out and perfect for accomodating our family. The service was good and expedient when asked to come work on a door repair. The trash service did not follow the provided trash schedule however. The location of the home was ideal. It was a beautiful neighborhood, not too close to the surrounding homes which provided for great snow play, and was extremely close to a fun slope for sledding at the end of the cul-de-sac. Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed this home and would love to visit again next year, but possibly following Christmas this time. What we liked least was the stove which gave us some trouble and had a disconnected gas pipe on one side, and the over which seemed small for our cooking needs. What we liked best was everything else!! Please tell the Hatcher's thank you for us as my husband personally knows Bill Hatcher :)

I have used Shaver lake Rentals in the past and will continue to use them in the future. Their customer service no matter who you talk to is above and beyond any service I have ever used. Thank You for all your help in making our families Thanksgiving a wonderful experience.

We rented the Sierra cabin for the New Year's holiday and it was wonderful. The cabin was large and roomy and felt very homey. It was fully furnished from the bathrooms, to the kitchen, to the bedrooms. It also had a washer and dryer. It accommodated all 5 families with plenty of space. The game room that was located on the bottom floor was perfect for the kids. There was a large area across the street that had a hill to sled down and plenty of room for snow ball fights, hikes and building snowpeople. It's located in a beautiful woody area. The staff at Shaver Lake Rentals were helpful and friendly. The only downfall was that we kept running out of hot water but with as many people as we had it was understandable. We will definitely be back.
Just what you would hope for in a vacation home

We were very pleased with this rental. Very clean, comfortable furniture, and just the rigt size for us. The three king-sized beds were especially appreciated since we had mostly adults. Nice kitchen with large oven, (large enough for our 24 pound Thanksgiving turkey.) We even had room enough for a "Murder Mystery" type game later that week-end. Scenery is spectacular Dinner seating only accomidates eight comfortably. There are a couple extra seats at the bar but it's not convenient to use while people are at the table. I would recommend replacing the square table with a more convential rectangular and with expandable leaves.

The cabin is very large and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the family pictures and personal touches. The back yard had a nice area for sledding for the kids and we had a great time. BUT Shaver Lake Vacation rental company was not a joy to work with. This is the 4th year we have rented through them and this year we rented 2 houses next door to each other. I found the level of service we received was horrible and if I owned these cabins, I would look for a new rental company.

First of all, I think it was a great cabin. But because of a couple of things and a misunderstanding........ I would have to downgrade the overall experience. When I discussed the Linen package with you guys, my understanding was that I had to provide my own sheets. I didn't realize that it didn't include towels. It is the first time I stayed somewhere that didn't provide towels. I will give you kudos however for bringing towels over when I called. That was great. I realize I went to the snow, but driving down from Sierra Summit to the cabin and having to put on chains for a hundred yard stretch off road that the HOA doesn't do was kind of a hassle. Also the driveway was almost unusable for the same reason. They took the top layer off once during the middle of our stay. But without chains you weren't going up it. Overall though we had a good time. I think I might try a place with better snow service next time though, Mike

We had a great time playing in the snow! The cabin is cozy and I love the three bunks beds for the kids. We also liked that there were so many TVs for everyone to relax in front of after playing outside. Down sides would be...no closet space (everything is locked), no plastic dishes or cups for kids, and steep stairs. Overall we had a fun time.

Hi Deanna-I just received your feedback and wanted to personally thank you for taking the time to fill out our survey. After receiving your review, I had our Quality Control Supervisor as well as our Maintenance Supervisor go into the home and address your complaints. The Dogwood Subdivision had recently conducted a major logging project which has temporarily driven mice into the areas homes. We have contacted an exterminator which has been working diligently to rectify this problem. We have already seen a difference. As for the Cleanliness of the property. We apologize that you discovered issues in the home, but would have immediately taken care of the problems mentioned had you made us aware when you arrived. SLVR has taken a turn for the better in customer service, at last! THANK YOU. However, the owner of this home needs to invest a little time and money into this gem of a property. First, there were rats in the home and they may be storing food in the king size bed upstairs, since what looked like dog kibble was falling from the box spring. Also, too many closets are locked and unavailable for guest use. Although I like stoneware, the heavy stoneware plates seem a little prehistoric for daily use, I elected to use paper plates for the most part. The freezer was not freezing well. The pocket door in the lower bathroom is broken and doesn't close all the way and if it does, you may have to worry that you cannot get out, since it may not open. Additionally, having the security cameras and computer/modem on all the time is a little creepy; keeps you wondering who is watching you during your stay. BUT...on the brighter side, I loved the creek, the quite, the privacy, the location and the size of the unit.

After being charged for a non-refundable cleaning fee, we found that there was old coffee left in the coffee pot, crumbs on the kitchen counter, and the toilet in one of the bathrooms was dirty. The shower pan in another bathroom was cracked and it was necessary to avoid stepping in that area to avoid scrapes. The rest of the unit was OK for a stay in the snow, but pretty rundown. Overall we were very disappointed for what we got for the price.

However, I would like to recommend more plates in the kitchen. The house can sleep up to 13 people but only 7 dinner plates.

We recently stay at the Moody property and when you enter the house our first impression was that the pictures online definitely don't do the house justice. We quickly learned that there were many issues starting with the water heater which would only accomodated 2 quick showers within an hour to hour and a half time period. With 8 adults and few children needing to shower this was a big issue. The other major problem is that one side of the house lacks central heating and this is the side of the house that has the majority of the bedrooms. There is a wood burning stove that is meant to heat that side of the house but it was out of order and full of water. The rental agency brought out a few stationary heaters but we were unable to use them because every time we plugged them in it would blow the ciruit. The house had a leak in one of the bedrooms on the ceiling and the ceiling was noticeably wet and gooey! The house is set up great and has a beautiful Kitchen..it was however dirty! The coffee pot was full of old coffee and grounds, there were dirty dishes in the cabinets and the ice machine was disgusting. When we went to use the the washing machine it was full of moldy towels and black mold on the sides of the washer. If it weren't for these issues it would have been an awesome trip! The rental agency was awesome and really tried to rectify these issues the best they could. Unfortunately I think the issues were definitely owner issues! We all agreed that if these issues were rectified we would stay in this house again!!

We received great service from the rental agency. They were reliable and fair. THey delivered on their end of the contract (linen service) We liked the home because it was well heated, had two bathrooms, and two bedrooms with king beds. It was comfortable and user friendly. The location was good because friends rented several condos within a few hundred feet. The amenities were adequate. However, we didn't receive any firewood. It was very warm in the condo anyway. What I liked best was that the total package was exactly as advertised. Not luxury but certainly adequate facilities and good comfort level. What I liked least was probably the lack of carpeting in the sitting area. It would have felt cozier for guests who needed to spill over onto the floor, for seating.

We have been renting condominiums at Huntington for 25 years. This is a small but well equipped unit. It has a quirky layout which put us off at first, which we grew to like it,but expensive. The kitchen is well equipped, but small. Two people in the kitchen is one too many. The kitchen has a half wall separating it from the living room which allows the cook to watch TV or visit while cooking. The dining area is small, just an area wide enough for a table with 6 chairs. It backs up to one of the couches in the living room. The living room too is small, but has lots of seating: 2 sofa beds, a recliner, a wooden rocker, and 2 former dining room chairs. It may be a bit too full since the TV is on a stand in back of one of the couches. There is a DVD player that is not listed on the info sheet. There is also a bath with shower on this level which is very convenient. The next level up has what should be the master bedroom, by size, except that it is a loft. It has a wall and a door upstairs off the upstairs hall, but it's half wall is open to the living area below on the other side. It has a dresser, 2 night stands The other bedroom is smaller but does have all it's walls and a door. There is a full bath at this level, but it's toilet ran constantly. I reported it. Hopefully it has been fixed. There is a third level which is a smallish attic space under the eaves. It had two twin beds, a dresser, a TV with cable,a VCR and DVD player. This is a very small space, but was great for our son. A couple of issues were that it was freezing cold when we arrived and took forever to heat because of the high ceilings. We were given the wrong combination for the wood locker and we couldn't get any wood for a fire until we called Shaver the next day. The code for the spa was also wrong. The heater vent in the front hall blew cold air. We finally covered it with a pizza box. The office said the owners had not paid for wood this year, so check. There are tons of books to read.
The Cold House

The house was very cold and even when you turned up the heat, it was still cold on the first floor and too hot on the third floor. It needs a new heater to be installed. Foosball was really not available due to it being in the garage blocking the steps to the inside. The pool table had a hole in one of the pockets that caused balls to fly out when they went in. The garage door was jambed open so no secure area for toys. It seems a little odd to have to call the office to have trash picked up when there are dumpsters nearby, but just not picked up very often. The refrigerator had a broken compartment that reduces valuable space when you have 13 people in the home. Parking is tight and it was noisy due to loud neighbors next door. MBR is nicely decorated and back deck is nice.

The place was really nice and easily within walking distance from town. The two issues we had were: 1) there was virtually no hot water pressure at all. It just trickled out of the sink and shower head. This was a real drag for everyone in the family. 2) there was an inch of solid ice on the steps leading up to the front. I can understand some recent snow of course, but the ice was very dangerous and both my kids fell down (not seriously hurt thankfully). However, my first 2 hours after arriving was spent chipping ice off the stairs. THis is a real safety issue and I'm surprised that it wasn't salted/cleared when the cabin was preped for our arrival.

Although the snow had melted, we enjoyed our stay in Shaver Lake this year. The little "Mozdir" A-frame is cute and perfect for a couple with two young kids. The price is right... However, there were some serious issues: 1. The heater flue was broken and I had to rig a temporary clamp to keep the heater and house from burning up with smoke and maybe fire.. 2. The kitchen was clean on the surface, but could use some "deep" cleaning or new lining in the cupboards and drawers. Also, the oven-floor-carpet-linoleum area had nails sticking up to cut feet, and it did. 3. The two recliners are old, dirty and a real eye-sore in a such a tiny living room area. The L-shaped sofa is nice and plenty large for 4 or 5 people. You should get rid of these funky bulky recliners which we had to move every day to get to dining table. The table eating mats were dirty and sticky. (yuck, get rid of them..) 4. The VCR did not function. I am an electrical engineer and could not get it to work. Sorry... we watched a movie on our laptop. 5. There was no way enough kindling, so we bought some at the hardware store. ($10!) There was also no soap to do dishes, and we were not informed of that. (Dishwash machine soap was provided, but no washer. No prob.) 6. The shower curtain was a bit moldy, and is too large and dark for the small shower stall. A clear or white, narrower one would be much cheerier. The washable fabric ones are nice, like in a hotel. (It would not cost you much.) 7. One of the neighbors I borrowed an axe from, said that the C.B. "cleaning lady" just flys through there "in the front and out the back in 5 minutes" and does not spend time cleaning. It shows folks. 8. I cleaned the iron hand rail to the upstairs. It was so grimey that our hands had black grease on them. We also suggest a SIGN, or some WARNING for how terribly STEEP the MOZD stairs are.. It's ok for adults, but not for kids or older people without a lot of supervision. (FYI.. a serious liability, no?)

Almost all the repairs could be made with the rent we paid: front entry light does not work, broken lamp in loft (replace), four clocks, but only one works (buy new ones at Target), drapes in masterbdrm don't work (buy woodlike blinds at Home depot), paint is scaped off on walls (give it a coat of paint in living room). Water heater wasn't working-make sure it is turned on. Knob missing on stove. The place could be cute with spending less than $200 at Target and home depot. We were also told we had access to the garage, there were two garage's one was the really the down stairs game room, the other was full of storage. The down stairs bathroom needed attention for a water leak the ceiling paint was hanging down about a foot and smelled bad of mold. This could be a great place with a little TLC and upkeep.

We rented this cabin after getting double booked with a condo and was very pleased that I got the same rate for the cabin as the condo that was double booked. The home was great but I would have preferred maybe a few more upgrades. It was very homey though. Unfortunately the first night there the main TV went out and we missed the playoffs on Saturday but then realized that the Tvs upstairs werent bolted down and we brought one of them down. I would have preferred to have had snow at the cabin and thought I relayed that to the rep that helped me book it but next time we will go up a little higher to reassure that we would have snow. It was close to everything and I really appreciated all the staff at the sports store and at Shaver Lake Rentals.

The move was quick and seamless and we were all delighted with the beautiful CRAW home. Our party included teens, their parents, and 81 yr old grandma; and we all found perfect places to play, sit by the fire, cook, eat, and sleep. Privacy for those that wanted it, and a large room for the teens to gather. We celebrated a birthday and found everything we needed to cook great meals and bake a cake. There were a few problems: the back patio on the main level was so full of snow the view wasn't as nice as it could be; the lighter fluid for the pellet stove was empty; the cable was out; and if you tried to use the bath tub in the downstairs bedroom the hot water heater would run out of hot water before the tub was even half full. That was dissapointing since the jacuzzi tub was a main feature advertised about the house.

First of all the rental was great and the rental staff was very helpful. Unfortunatly we had to cut our trip short due to a medical emergency. the only problem I would say was the parking situation. the listing says 3 bdrms and sleeps 14. i counted a total of 8 beds. no problem there. the picture shows 4 parking stalls. when we arrived to the rental, there was only access to 2 of the stalls. i called the office and they said the owners only contracted to plow 2 and that we can park behind each other. you can see by the pictures that the approach to the parking stalls is uphill and alot of dirt. here's the problem. being that it's the winter months, there's naturally going to be snow and ice and a dirt uphill slope will obviously turn to mud. not an ideal situation for loading and unloading supplies for our stay. a rental this size would more likly be rented to a big group like ours. we saw 4 stalls and we brought 4 cars. i feel the owner should contract all 4 stalls to be plowed to eliminate any possible injuries to someone having to negociate the muddy/icy incline. we had a couple of slips but fortunately, no injuries. thank you

The vertical shades in the master bedroom should be REPLACED. They are disgustingly filthy. I can't imagine how they could even get that dirty. They don't block out the morning light anyway, as I believe something is missing to keep them from staying closed properly. There should really be a curtain or shade of some sort in the living room to keep morning light out for those sleeping in loft.

Oven was not functional; temp not controllable. 2. Vacuum suction not functional. 3. Coffee maker not functional. 4. One of the arms for a dining room chair was damaged (it looked like someone used tape to try and fix it....strange). 5. Bathroom door did not close upstairs. 6. Bathroom door downstairs does not lock. 7. Closet door in master bedroom was off the track (could not open or close). Lastly, these are a few things we noticed. Booking the cabin was a breeze. One phone call and it was set up, they emailed me, I printed read and signed and faxed. Then when we picked up the key I was in and out. It was painless. The cabin was beautiful, although buried in so much snow it was hard to see much of the outside. We ran into some issues with icey patches too, often got stuck in small places and had to use chains to get out. It hadn't snowed in a week or more either, but it was cold enough that all the snow was icey and slushy. There was only enough room dug out for one car even though the website said two which was kind of annoying since we had two cars. We were worried about the ice on the steps too, it was pretty scary thick and slippery. We have a 2.5 year old so we had to really watch to make sure she didn't try to go down by herself. But it was really cozy inside with christmas lights strung up around the fireplace and in some of the trees in the yard. There was plenty of room for all of us, 4 adults and 3 small kids. We spent a good deal of time in the kitchen around the table. Loved the additional folding chairs and card table. The kitchen was clean, modern enough and well stocked. Though the can opener would have needed a rocket scientist! I'd bring your own. We didn't get linen service but noticed there were still some towels and linens in place. There were also trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, and lots of toilet paper. I'd bring your own pantry items and food. Shaver Lake is adorable, and the pizza place and chunky bread were both delicious, but the markets were all that had groceries and they were limited and expensive. The "snow park setting" across the street was just ok. I could see how in fresh snow it would be a blast. We didn't enjoy it too much though, it was too deep to walk in and exhausted us. Also it was too icey for snowmen or snow balls. But down the road there was a beautiful place to sled next to the lake, we had a good time there for a day. Gosh, it was gorgeous!!

4 Adults and 1 child stayed at this cabin for 4 nights and 5 days. The cabin was great. There was a snow park across the street with easy access to sled runs. It was very cozy, nice fireplace, and overall a very good feel. The sleeping situation was questionable. The downstairs bed was great but the upstairs full size bed was a joke and after 4 days it caused an aching back. I would recommend the cabin for two adults but not for four adults because of the uncomfortable "bed". As far as service, I would say that was pretty disappointing. An expensive electronic item of ours was left at the cabin and I called as soon as I got home (same day) to ask them to get the item from the cabin so we could make arrangements to get the item back. Initially they sounded helpful and told me they would go to the cabin, get the item, and mail it back. They said they would call me back to let me know what they had found. Nothing like that ever happened. Over the course of 11 days, I called back 5 times and each time I was told they would look into it and call me back. I NEVER RECEIVED ONE CALL BACK to let me know what was going on. After 11 days, I spoke to the manager and was told that the item was never found. VERY DISAPPOINTING! Because of this poor show of customer service the entire experience was soured and I was left to repurchase my item. That alone was enough to cause me to use another management company to rent my cabin through for Christmas 2010. It was not any fault of theirs that I left the item behind, just a bad taste left in my mouth from the horrible experience of trying to get it back. Overall, for a small family the cabin is in a beautiful setting and provides easy snow access and sled runs. Personally, that was overshadowed by the poor sleep and bad customer service.

We put 12 family members in a cabin for four and a half days just after Christmas. This might have been a recipe for stress and conflict, but the cabin was spacious, the falling snow beautiful and the outdoor activities great. The cabin is near enough to woods and streams that snow fort building and snowball fights were daily events.

Overall the stay was fine. Though there is a 2 car garage, you do not have access to it and there are many closets locked which makes it hard to put your things away. It was hard to have only 2 bathrooms with the allowed amount of people. The cabin was fairly clean but dusty.

This cabin was so comfortable and had plenty of room for everyone in our group. This was the easiest experience I had with booking a place to finding the place. The staff at Shaver Lake Rentals were so nice and felt like we could call if there were any problems or emergencies. The cabin was like a home away from home and is kept up great. We had no problems at all. We also had a toddler and an infant with us and we were all comfortable. we had all the amenities we need and more. The best part of the experience was that we were able to go out and play in the snow in the back yard, then come in and dry off quickly. There is a washer/dryer here so it made it much easier having children with us.

We stayed at Mt.Paradise for 3 nights at the end of Feb. We had been looking forward to being able to allow our two children and dog to step outside to play in snow but we thought that might not be possible with the warm weather that had occured. However, we were delighted to arrive to find lots of snow at the house. My husband and the kids (with help from our dog) created a great sled run about the length of a football field and everyone had great fun and got very worn out! The cabin was comfortable and in good condition. Neighbors not too close. Foosball in the garage was also fun. Direct TV had less channels than my husband would have wanted but Disney for kids was there. Also, my husband would have liked to have had internet but made do by driving to the wireless cafe in village. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this smaller cabin home to all!

When we arrived at the house, we weren't sure where the house was. We could only see a very narrow steep driveway. We managed to get in the driveway, while scrapping our truck on the snow banks on the way down. I would not want to be in the house after a snow storm. It would be extremely difficult to get in or out. Shaver Lake rentals were wonderful. They had a crew out early the next morning to get the snow away from the driveway. The house was clean, but we did not like the narrow steep stairs with dangerous points in the middle of the house. The kitchen was not well equipped. The televisions were small. I think it is pricey for what you get. We will rent from Shaver Lake Rentals again, just not this house.

It was a great place. Well equipped and beautiful. The only downside is having to pack all of our towels and linens- it makes coming up the moutain with all of our snow gear as well- kind of a hassle. We really did like the place though and would stay there again. They really need to provide some hand soap at the sinks though-that was one thing we hadn't anticipated needed to bring for ourselves- please! All the people at Coldwell Banker rentals were great! Thanks!

Beckett House was very warm and inviting and VERY clean when we walked in. The home was spacious, over 3000 square feet or more. We loved the home and the fact that each couple had their own bedroom. The house was on a huge corner lot and had plenty of parking spaces in front of the home and a huge parking garage located in the back of the home. We really loved the fact that the house had its own separate game and exercise room downstairs including a bathroom! This was a totally separate quarter in the house. The thing that I liked least about the house and what I felt was a bit deceiving was the fact that the two upstairs bedrooms had to share a bathroom. I was under the impression that at least three of the bedrooms had their own bathroom inside…not a huge deal but a small one. I would for sure recommend this beautiful home!

CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT 4 TIMES FOR INFO AND MINOR ISSUES ON THE CABIN, AND THEY WERE HELPFUL AND POLITE EACH TIME. THE CABIN IS LESS THAN 2 MILES FROM TOWN AND THE OFFICE. IT ONLY TOOK 12 MILES TO GET TO THE BIGGER AND BETTER SNOW PARK (BE CAREFUL ON THE ROADS WHEN IT IS HAILING AND SNOWING, DONT BE IN A RUSH AND WHO CARES IF THEY ARE ON YOUR BUMPER, SLOW IS FAST!) THE ONLY ISSUES WE HAD WAS THAT IN THE MORNING THE HOT WATER WOULD RUN OUT FOR SHOWERS, SO EITHER SHOWER AT NIGHT OR TELL YOUR PARTY 5 MINUTES LIMIT AND THE BEDS MATTRESSES WERE NOT ALL THAT GREAT. ALL IN ALL THE CABIN WAS A VERY PLEASANT STAY, IT FELT AT HOME WITH IT'S COZYNESS AND FELT GOOD TO STAY IN A HUGE CABIN THAT IS UP TO DATE WITH IT'S AMENITIES.

The home was lovely and spacious in general common areas. Loved the basement with pool table, enjoyed the real fireplace. Good snow play area in the back for the kids. All the beds need to be replaced - all couples commented on how poor the matresses were and uncomfortable. This feedback was given to the Shaver Lake Vacation Rental representative when we turned in the keys...hopefully they passed this information on. We felt overall - if it weren't for the beds this was a great vacation place. Be sure to ask for the AAA discount - it doesn't seem to show up online and is a 5% discount

Two years in a row we've had maintainence men in our cabin while staying there. That said, our time in Shaver, as always, was great. The cabin is a nice spot, good location. We could have done with out the broken table, dishwasher, sink in the master bath, and non-operative lights in the garage, also mouse droppings in a kitchen drawer was a minus. Thanks to the handy-man who fixed the table with our help and the gal who brought us dish soap. Minor inconveniences.

Hi Rhett-I just received your feedback and wanted to personally thank you for taking the time to fill out our survey. I want to extend my apologies for the "minor inconveniences" you experienced. We had a bitter cold snap and unfortunately some water supply lines were compromised. We appreciate that you called your concerns into the office and we were able to take care of them quickly for you. We really enjoyed our stay at the Anton house. The accommodations were very nice. The layout of the rooms suited our families well. The kids (pre- teen to teen) loved the loft area. The kitchen was easy to share, with several people sharing in the cooking for most meals. The dining table was full-sized and suited the size of the house. There were places to group together for games, and places where someone could get away by themselves. As with every rental house, there were a few quirky bits. As an example, there is a five-burner range (gas -- a big plus for cooking). The burners have an electronic ignition system, and one of the burners would not stop clicking (so we just didn't use that burner). And the fireplace has it's own special requirements to get it to draw, but once discovered, it put out great heat. Overall, there was nothing serious to complain about.

We absolutely loved the cabin. It has a fabulous "great room", that is cozy and roomy at the same time. Upstairs sleeps at least 13, snug, but comfortably. The rental agency was amazing in the way they trouble shot any problems. The only really issue is the cabin does not have a working phone, and no real cell service without driving down the road a ways. Besides this, the Tamarak location was perfect for access to Sierra Summit. It was only a 10 minute drive.

We wanted to bring our family and family pet to the snow on short notice. SLVR helped us find the best house for us. It was even nicer than I expected. Very cozy. About 5 minutes south of town and 1/2 hour from the ski lifts. Easy to get to. Parking on the street due to a steep driveway. Electric piano and guitar was a really great touch and lots of fun for those who like to play. I wish they had left more music books since it didn't occur to me to bring any. Great fireplace. Lots and lots of toys for small children. Great DVD and VHS library. Large but poor quality TV. The kitchen was workable, albeit not "gourmet". Everything was well labeled and organized. If there had been snow the yard would have been really fantastic for the children and dog to sled and play in the show. Even without snow they loved it.

This is one of the best rentals we have stayed in. The home was in good shape and very clean. We were in there at full capacity of 16 people. The main drawback in its configuration is that the mid-level family room and eating area aren't quite large enough to accommodate the number of people that it sleeps. While we did have fun using the ping-pong table, that bottom area would be better served as a second living area perhaps with a TV and sectional couch. Overall, I still would recommend this unit, just know you will be crowded in the common area at full capacity. This unit also has the advantage of being at the end of the complex so we had no trouble parking 5 cars - 2 in the garage and 3 outside.
