Reliable, year 'round employment is difficult to find in resort areas due to the seasonal nature of these markets. Real estate sells all year long here. There are seasons that are slower than others, but agents earn a living year 'round. Fortunately, our market has active winter and summer seasons. Many resort markets have only one or the other.
