Swedish Massage - Swedish massage uses a firm but gentle pressure to improve the circulation, ease muscle aches and tension, improve flexibility and create relaxation. Swedish massage employs five different movements, including long, gliding strokes; kneading of individual muscles; friction; hacking or tapping; and vibration
Deep Tissue Massage - Deep tissue massage is aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscles. It uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense. It is also a more focused type of massage, as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension and knots.
Shiatsu Massage - Shiatsu is a finger pressure massage technique. The therapist applies pressure with the thumbs, fingers and palms to specific areas of the body that have been determined prior to the massage session. Massage techniques like tapping, squeezing, rubbing and pressure are applied along the meridians to release energy blockages.
Sports Massage - Sports Massage is ideal for active people and athletes. The purpose of the massage is to prepare for peak performance, to drain away fatigue, to relieve swelling, to reduce muscle tension, to promote flexibility and to prevent injuries. Sports massage includes a blend of traditional Swedish massage and Shiatsu utilizing products that promote healing and soothing relief of the muscles.
Stone Massage - Stone massage uses the application of water-heated basalt stones of varying sizes to key points on the body, giving a deep massage and creating sensations of comfort and warmth. The direct heat relaxes muscles, allowing manipulation of a greater intensity than with regular massage. The therapist uses traditional strokes of Swedish massage while holding a heated stone. Cooling marble stones can be used for inflammation or muscle injury, as they allow the circulatory system to help the body detoxify and heal.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit, creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being. The extent of each Reiki session will vary depending upon circumstances and the individual receiving treatment, but they average approximately 20-30 minutes.
