How long will it take?
This is a common question that is difficult to answer. Resort markets are very seasonal. Historically, the most active sales period in our market is mid-summer through the fall (July-October). This is subject to change, depending on regional and national economic conditions, interest rates and other factors. If the market is strong, it doesn't matter when you place your property on the market. Even in the depth of winter, sales can be strong if the economy is strong.
