LINEN SERVICE AGREEMENT
At your request, Shaver lake Vacation Rentals has provided you with our optional full linen service for your comfort and enjoyment during your stay with us. If you have purchased our optional linen service you have been charged a separate linen fee for this service in addition to the rental charge and other charges. The linens have been provided for the property you are renting from Shaver Lake Vacation Rentals. The linens were in excellent condition upon your arrival. As the guest, you are responsible for any damage that occurs to the linens during your stay and/or if any linens are missing after check-out. You will be charged the amount(s) shown next to each item below for each damaged or missing plus a $25 service fee. By signing below, you agree that your credit card will be charged the above charges in the event of missing or damaged linens.
