Reviewed by 6920/596920 Location, checking in, cleanliness was good. Kitchen supplies,towels ect. Were good too. The central heating is another story. It was loud and didn't work well. The water heater went out twice! Two door nobs broke right off when you turned them to go out. Then we tried to bake, flames came out from the bottom of the oven!! The power went out twice. We lost heat in the downstairs rooms as well. We lost power on one side of the house, which they then brought us three heaters but we could only use one because the circuit breaker kept breaking. Yes, I called the office every time and was asked to wait for someone to come by to fix problems. So while everyone was out playing in the snow, I waited. And waited. Then two guys just walked in to the house without even knocking! We were there a week! One problem after another. They couldn't fix the oven, or the door nobs or the heat! I asked for partial refund if they couldn't find us another rental. They said they would tell the owner. And nothing! I don't recommend the rental office or this house. Very Disappointed.
Great time with family
Reviewed by pattybehrens The cabin was very comfortable and roomy for accomodating our family. The location is easy to find and get to. Beds and furniture were comfortable. We had trouble with the hot water running out. But overall everything was good.
Lovely get-a-way
Reviewed by drjeffs Accommodations were as described. The bedding was luxurious. We would have liked if they had chairs so that we could enjoy the deck area. The dining room chairs were a bit hard and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the tv satellite was unavailable during our stay. The serviceman, Tom, was excellent ( coming in on his day off to try to get our tv to work)
Beautiful stay

was absolutely beautiful. The kids lived seeing the snow and loved the fact that they
were able to walk out the back door into the snow. Thank you very much for the
wonderful stay.We will definitely be back next year.
