stone flooring, soft carpeting, and hand hewn beams, it also features a freestanding gas woodstove, large picture windows, and a CD player with surround sound. There is also a DVD player with DVDs. The spacious dining room and modern kitchen make mealtime
a pleasure. A large outdoor deck with gas BBQ adds flexibility. Each bedroom features a pillow top bed and a private view of the forest. Parking is available for 4-5 vehicles. Once there you will not want to leave Alderhill. What some of our guests have said

Perfect 4 Bedroom/3 Bathroom House in Shaver Lake (ALDER)
Reviewed by laurie4380 Very upgraded home, nice deck surrounded by trees, clean. We've been coming to Shaver for 5 years, and this is the nicest, cleanest, most upgraded home we've ever stayed in. Only negative thing I would say is that there is not a pantry available to use in the kitchen, so both families had food/cans/drinks stacked all over the floor. Normally we split the pantry between families. Weird for such a remodeled kitchen, there is no place to put your food. (unless you just leave it all on the island/counters.)

Reviewed by lahamers My children, grandchildren, and I love this house. This is the second time we have spent our vacation in the Alder home. It is comfortable, clean, and accommodates a large family. Shaver Lake Vaction Rentals staff has always been cheerful and very helpful.
