whistle through the trees above. The bedrooms are located down a separate staircase allowing privacy away from the living areas. Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed, and bedroom 2 has a queen and 2 twins. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Bedroom ones bathroom
is complete with a walk in shower. Bedroom twos bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Whether your skiing at China Peak or enjoying one of the many Regattas on Huntington Lake you won't be disappointed with unit #9 in the Huntington Lake Condos. This property does feature hideaway bed within couch, one extra mattress and two futon beds for additional sleeping arrangements.

Reviewed by glcarwal The layout was good & number of beds sufficient. Beds were rock hard, crowded with extra tables in lower bedroom, and spider webs in windows and corners. The kitchen amenities were poor. Barely enough flatware and glasses for four people. Some were chipped or cracked, so $50-100 spent on updating the kitchen would be very considerate of the owner. So much of the condo was very dated. One chair in the living room had a burned spot, apparently it sat too close to the baseboard heater. Thank goodness we brought our own linens, who knows what those would have looked like. We did enjoy the complex with nice pool and spa, and it was quiet. We had an issue with a broken light and the rental company was quick to send the maintenance person out to fix it. No complaints there.
hard beds and fleas ! broken patio

fleas ! and the wood patio was broken so you could not
enjoy what you come up for , the outdoors

After receiving your review, I had our Quality Control Supervisor as well as our Maintenance Supervisor go into the home to address your issues. Even though our staff didn't discover any fleas in the unit we did dispatch a pest control service who did an inspection and found no fleas no rodents or pests in this unit. The patio was not broken, when you arrived the patio was still set for Winter as the HOA did not feel comfortable in allowing entire access to the deck at that time. Please whenever you discover issues with a home, contact our office immediatley so we may respond while you are in the unit and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Wish the roof was sloped the other way....we dug out and then the roof sloughed off on us again! Otherwise great! Glad we could bring the dogs!
