Kitchen could use more equipment - pots with lids - some serving spoons. Us old "flatlanders" had a bit of trouble with the climb to the stairs and then stairs to get inside. Overall, a great experience!
Seller doesn't want return business Reviewed by michele451 This condo has no locks on any back doors, no drapes (just bare rods), filthy upholstered bar stools, A loosened railing on the back patio, old Matresses , questionable construction on the front entry stairs, and virtually no paper towels, or soap for the bath or kitchen, nor linens on the beds. All this can be yours for a ridiculous amount of non refundable, extra fees. By the time we paid all the extra tacked on fees, we could have stayed in a much newer and far nicer place. This condo was for sale??? Reviewed by pamahlin The entrance to the condo was blocked by snow and it was extremely difficult and unsafe to climb up the snow, especially with our supplies and luggage. The dishes were in the cabinet with old food on them and it seemed to lack some needed attention.
power outage and response Reviewed by cmomurphy Our family meets once per yer to go skiing, and we always rent through Shaver Lake vacation rentals. this year, we rented two Huntington Lake condos. All was well until a power outage in the whole area. SLVR responded timely and relocated our whole family to Shaver Lake. Well done.

great view and living space, but condo seemed neglected by owner Reviewed by pamso Heater broken, but had a prompt and courteous response after hours by
maintenance person. Dropped off space heaters, but this unit should not be
rented again until heater is fixed. Also, I understand that it is not rental
company's responsibility, but every condo I have stayed in (different
locations/resorts) have provided at the basic necessities: dish soap, etc. This
unit did not have any dish soap, nor coffee filters. As coffee machines differ in
type of filter needed, it is nice when owner provides these. I do love the
location and floor plan of this unit, and despite above, would rent this unit
again with heater issue resolved (and coming better prepared myself with
"necessities"!
Needs some cleaning/replacements Reviewed by jamie8293 The people at your office were very helpful and friendly:) The layout and location of the home was very nice. The heating was very spotty. Some rooms very cold and other's very warm. The vertical shades in the master bedroom should be REPLACED. They are disgustingly filthy. I can't imagine how they could even get that dirty. They don't block out the morning light anyway, as I believe something is missing to keep them from staying closed properly. There should really be a curtain or shade of some sort in the living room to keep morning light out for those sleeping in loft.
I enjoyed the home, but had some issues. Reviewed by mar The home had been cleaned surface wise, but upon unloading and setting up, we found candy wrappers under two of the beds, a t-shirt in a bed, laundry plastic balled on the floor in master bedroom. Made me think that the cleaning had just been visual. The
condo was a distance from parking - not as convenient to get to and very difficult to unload and
load to vehicle.
