Perfect House with 3 BR & 2 BA in Shaver Lake (OLIVER)
Reviewed by k.kimberly This was our 1st trip to Shaver and the location was beautiful. The cabin was a good size for our family. However considering we were charged a cleaning fee nothing was very clean, trash under the deck, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and cobwebs on the walls and windows. Taking a shower was a challenge since the hot water only lasted about 1-2 minutes in both bathrooms. The deck was a nice place to sit and see the beauty of the area but it was in great need of repair.

Reviewed by mhigginb5814 I have to say that the management at Shaver Lake Realty are great. We got snowed in and had no chains. The Shaver lake management team sent someone over they purchased food for us and dropped it off. They also picked up my son took him to purchased chains brought him back and even helped put them on the Vehicles. Great group of people. The only downfall was the cabin would not hold hot water long enough for all of us to take showers. But we did have alot of fun.

Reviewed by jlkomo We have rented from this same company many times. This is the first time we were not happy with the property we chose. On the web it looks like a good value for the price, however, it has many issues. The home needs a lot of attention. It is very outdated and in bad repair in many areas. The location is great but we will choose another property next time.
