Adorned with a large deck complete with two patio sets, 11 chairs, and a wrap around deck bench, perfect for entertaining. Sit and listen to the wind rustle through the trees above. A 3 bedroom 2 bath 1495 sq ft. home awaits your family gathering. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and utensils. The dining room offers seating for 6 around a large dining room table, and a bar style table has seating for 4. The cozy living room has color cable TV, VCR, DVD player, stereo, and a gorgeous rock fireplace.
Owners generously provide the firewood for your stay. There is a bedroom on the first level of this home which is home to a comfortable double bed. A bathroom is also on the first level equipped with a shower. As you continue upstairs there are two bedrooms, and a full bath. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, Bedroom 3 has a King. All rooms have new bedding, electric blankets, dressers, and closets.
The bonus room above the garage is detached from the rest of the house, joined only by a breezeway. This bonus room has 5 twin beds, color cable TV, with VCR, and a wood stove. Perfect for a child's getaway. There is parking for 3 cars and a boat. A charcoal BBQ is also available to help complete the mountain experience. Reviewed by vynnp Very nice cabin rented for a "girls" weekend. Staff very pleasant when we picked up the keys. Quiet area. Lots of snow, but roads well maintained. Cabin heated by wood stove, but the kindling basket was empty and we had to go buy a firelog to get it started. Several light bulbs burned out in several rooms, and one table lamp that had the knob broken off and we couldn't even turn it on. Lots of books, movies avaiable for use. Beds very comfortable. LOft area great for kids or someone who wants quiet.Unable to use the firepit area due to the snow and the deck was not even shoveled off, so we paid summer rates but were unable to use the summer amenities. Called the office because we were down to two logs and no toilet paper. Got the wood, had to go back to town (AGAIN) to buy toilet paper. Small annoyances, but they can affect the stay. Overall, not bad and I would consider staying again.

Reviewed by belenmaldonado This cabin was so comfortable and had plenty of room for everyone in our group. This was the easiest experience I had with booking a place to finding the place. The staff at Shaver Lake Rentals were so nice and felt like we could call if there were any problems or emergencies. The cabin was like a home away from home and is kept up great. We had no problems at all. We also had a toddler and an infant with us and we were all comfortable. we had all the amenities we need and more. The best part of the experience was that we were able to go out and play in the snow in the back yard, then come in and dry off quickly. There is a washer/dryer here so it made it much easier having children with us.
