**FEATURE INTERNET** The jewel of Sierra Pines! This brand new, beautiful home is perfect for your large group of up to 16. This cabin is ready to meet all your needs. There are granite counter tops in all four bathrooms and the kitchen. There are five flat panel High Definition televisions each with satellite programming. Free wireless internet is accessible throughout the cabin and there is an insulated two car garage with a washer and dryer as well.
The main level family room area is furnished with leather sofas and chairs where you will enjoy the view through large windows that look out into the redwood and pine trees. The 47 inch flat panel television offers satellite high definition programming with DVR and a DVD player. The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. There is seating for eight around the square, white cedar table along with two bar stools at the counter. There is also a stone gas fireplace available for you to enjoy. From the main level family room, French doors open out onto the deck into the clean mountain air. Table and chairs and a gas BBQ on the deck are available for your use.
The upstairs has four bedrooms filled with classic log furnishings and cabin décor. Three of the upstairs bedrooms have king size beds and are furnished with flat panel HDTV’s and DVD players. The fourth upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed. The master bedroom has high vaulted ceilings and a walk in closet. The master bath boasts granite counter tops, his and her sinks, a Jacuzzi bathtub and a walk-in glass shower. Also, a queen size sleeper (hide-a-bed) in the upstairs loft provides a great place to get away and relax.
The downstairs game room is the perfect place to play and relax. There is a pool table, another 47 inch flat panel high definition television with HD satellite programming and DVR. The DVD player downstairs is accompanied by a DVD video library along with an XBOX 360 (with games). There is plenty of seating available on the micro suede sectional sofa and bar stools. The downstairs also has two additional bedrooms with full size log bunkbeds, and nightstands, and a fourth ¾ bathroom with a glass walk-in shower.
The attention to detail in this cabin will make your stay a memorable one.

Very quite and a nice place to stay. Parking is small but there is a 2 car garage.
Big, Big, Big Cabin in Shaver (and nice too)
Had an amazing time with 2 other families for our 4 day mini vacation. This cabin has it all with different levels to make it feel very cozy. We put the parents on the top floor, amazing master bedroom (king bed with tv, large closet and great bath with jetted tub, stand alone shower and separate water closet), 1 queen room and 2 other king rooms that all share a bathroom. There is a little loft on the top floor but if you want to use the pull out couch it takes away from the route downstairs. Middle level has a wonderful patio with table, chairs and bbq. The kitchen had everything you needed!!! No need to eat out. Eat in kitchen that opens into the living room (dish TV, couch and relaxing chair w/ottoman but the best was the fireplace...Shaver can get cold in the summer!) that has a full bathroom down the hall. Bottom level was kid friendly and also has access to the wooded backyard. Pool table and cool couches for the teens. Also another full bathroom (4 total) and 2 bedrooms that each had a full bed. We tended not to go downstairs unless we had to, it was a place where the kids could throw their stuff everywhere and I would not have to see it. Check in was great, they give you excellent service. If you needed anything, you just call a number and they are there within 5 minutes. They will pick up trash if needed and help with any issues. Since we have teens that all drive, parking was limited but we made it work. Would love to rent this cabin again and I would recommend it to everyone including large families, multi families, bachelor parties (not sure if the owner would agree), or even reunions or work retreats.

These cabins are so great. We lead a camp for young adults with special needs, and we stay here every year. The condos are large, spacious, and extremely clean. We'll be back next year!

We had a wonderful experience, the accomodations were just as described, except the jet tub was not working. We spent the days at the beach and Huntington Lake fishing, both were excellant. A car show was going on during our stay, so we walked through the cute town enjoying the treats and shopping.

The booking process and paperwork was quick, the person handling it was very courteous and efficient. The home is comfortable and well furnished with lots of space so thate everyone can have their privacy as necessary. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Our cabin that we reserved ended up having a broken heater, so our cabin was switched. At first, we were disappointed to lose out on the pool table, but we were pleasantly surprised with an air hockey table... loads of fun! The cabin was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend a group get away at this place.
Great place, but don't forget your bath towels
The cabin/condo is comfortable and spacious. Maybe include towels, sheets, and kitchen cleaning items or mention on the contract that those things are not provided.

I did like the home it was just the maintanance in the home. I think they need to have them
more. and please make sure that you check all the cavins before renting them.
Couldn't have asked or dreamed of a better place!
We rented the Sierra cabin for the New Year's holiday and it was wonderful. The cabin was large and roomy and felt very homey. It was fully furnished from the bathrooms, to the kitchen, to the bedrooms. It also had a washer and dryer. It accommodated all 5 families with plenty of space. The game room that was located on the bottom floor was perfect for the kids. There was a large area across the street that had a hill to sled down and plenty of room for snow ball fights, hikes and building snowpeople. It's located in a beautiful woody area. The staff at Shaver Lake Rentals were helpful and friendly. The only downfall was that we kept running out of hot water but with as many people as we had it was understandable.
We will definitely be back.
Just what you would hope for in a vacation home
We were very pleased with this rental. Very clean, comfortable furniture, and just the rigt size for us. The three king-sized beds were especially appreciated since we had mostly adults. Nice kitchen with large oven, (large enough for our 24 pound Thanksgiving turkey.) We even had room enough for a "Murder Mystery" type game later that week-end.
Scenery is spectacular
Dinner seating only accomidates eight comfortably. There are a couple extra seats at the bar but it's not convenient to use while people are at the table. I would recommend replacing the square table with a more convential rectangular and with expandable leaves.
